OVERVIEW

Welcome to Wine 4U. By using this site, joining our wine club, attending events, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine from our website, join any of our clubs, or participate in Wine 4U events. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age.

Payment Policy

Wine Club memberships are billed automatically by the 5th of each month (for the Monthly Club) or by the 5th of March, June, September, and December (for the Quarterly Library Club).

All purchases made through the website must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Shipping and tax are calculated based on your location. Orders marked for local pickup will not incur shipping charges.

All transactions must be made using a valid credit or debit card.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery.

Local members may pick up their wine at designated times each month. If wine is not picked up by the end of the month, it will be shipped to the address on file and applicable shipping charges will apply.

Return & Replacement Policy

We gladly replace corked or damaged bottles.

Local customers must return the remaining wine in order to receive a replacement bottle or a store credit.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for wines that are not to your taste. The spirit of our club is to explore and try new things—even bottles that fall outside your usual preferences.

Wine Club Terms

Club pricing is available only to active members. If your membership is canceled or paused, standard retail pricing applies to all purchases.

Club wines are available beginning the second Thursday of each month (Monthly Club) or of March, June, September, and December (Quarterly Library Club).

To skip a shipment, members must notify us via email by the 5th of the preceding month or quarter. For example, to skip January, we must receive your opt-out email by December 5.

Charges are automatically applied to your card on file unless you’ve opted out in time.

Club Tier Details

Monthly Club Tier 1: $35 + tax

Monthly Club Tier 2: $65 + tax

Quarterly Library Club: $99 + tax

Shipping is included only with pickup orders. If shipping is required, an additional charge will apply.

Events & Experiences

If you book tastings, travel experiences, or special events through Wine 4U, please note that deposits may be required.

Event fees are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations within the posted timeframe may be eligible for credit or a partial refund, depending on the event.

Privacy Policy

We collect basic personal information such as your name, contact information, and payment details in order to process orders and manage memberships. Your information is kept confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability

Wine 4U is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, or legal restrictions on the shipment of alcohol.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive shipments that require an adult signature.
