1. Club memberships are billed by the 5th of each month.
2. Anything ordered from the website must be paid for at the time of purchase/ordering.
3. Shipping and tax will be added on according to location.
4. There will be no shipping charge if the product is being picked up.
1. We will replace bad(corked) bottles of wine.
2. The customer, if local will need to return the unused portion of the wine to receive either a new bottle or a credit for a bad bottle.
3. The credit will be applied to the member's account to be used on future purchases.
1. You must be signed up as a club member to get the membership pricing off of the website. As long as you are a member, anything you order online will be at the member discount. If you cancel your membership, you will pay the higher price for orders.
2. Local members can pick their wine up at designated times which we will post on the website. If you haven't picked the wine up by the end of the month, we will ship the wine to you and there will be a shipping charge.
3. We cannot ship to P.O. Addresses. This is because an adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
4. If you have a bad (corked) bottle we will replace it. We won't replace wine simply because you don't like it. That is why it is a club, to open up your wine experience.

My goal in starting a wine collective is to hand pick a unique, fun variety of wines from all over the world.
