% Chenin Blanc
The Chenin grape variety is grown on the clayey-siliceous soils of the Loire hillsides, with a significant proportion of flint on the surface. Harvested manually from 30 to 40 year old vines, this silex cuvée is characterised by good acidity, which gives it a natural freshness and predisposes it to good development. The terroir of this cuvée sometimes gives notes of "flint", which underline its mineral character, or a fruitier side in sunny years. Residual sugar 2 to 5 g/l
