It possesses an elegant style, very feminine tannins and a pleasant taste.
This Langhe Nebbiolo has the style and complexity of our Barolos;
its “big brother”. Preferably savored on its own or in combination
with meat and game.
Vinification: maceration in contact with the grape skins for
a duration of 5 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Ageing in large oak barrels.
In the glass: a wine with a fresh and fruity taste, soft and delicate tannins and hints of rose and violet. Always elegant and enchanting
